Working Hours:

Part-Time Shift 1: 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM

Part-Time Shift 2: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Full-Time Shift: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

The School Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene throughout the school premises. Duties include but are not limited to:

Cleaning classrooms before and after school sessions.

 

Sweeping and mopping classroom floors.

Cleaning corridors, hallways, and staircases.

Dusting desks, chairs, cabinets, shelves, and other furniture.

Wiping and sanitizing frequently touched surfaces.

 

Cleaning staff rooms, offices, and meeting rooms.

Maintaining cleanliness in common areas and shared facilities.

Collecting and disposing of rubbish from classrooms and designated waste collection points.

 

Replacing garbage bags and ensuring bins remain clean.

Cleaning glass panels, windows, and mirrors when required.

 

Performing high dusting in designated areas.

Cleaning school halls, auditoriums, and activity rooms.

Ensuring washrooms are clean, hygienic, and fully stocked with supplies.

Refilling soap dispensers, tissue paper, and hand towels.

 

Reporting maintenance issues or damaged facilities to supervisors.

Following workplace health and safety procedures at all times.

Using cleaning chemicals and equipment according to company guidelines.

 

 

Assisting with special cleaning projects during school events.

Supporting supervisors with additional duties when assigned.

Ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed according to schedule.

 

Maintaining professional conduct while working within school premises.

Adhering to company policies and workplace regulations.

Participating in training programs provided by management.

Working cooperatively with team members and supervisors.

 

Providing support during emergency cleaning situations if required.

Ensuring all assigned areas meet cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Maintaining proper storage of cleaning tools and supplies.

 

Conducting routine inspections of assigned work areas.

Keeping cleaning equipment in good working condition.

Following environmental and waste management guidelines.

 

Completing daily cleaning checklists and reports when required.

Daily Duties

A typical workday may include:

Arriving on time and attending daily briefings.

Preparing cleaning equipment and materials.

Sweeping and mopping assigned areas.

Dusting classroom furniture and fixtures.

 

Cleaning windows and glass surfaces.

Removing rubbish and waste materials.

Sanitizing desks, chairs, and touch points.

Inspecting assigned areas for cleanliness.

Reporting any issues to supervisors.

 

Assisting with additional cleaning requirements.

Securing cleaning equipment after use.

Completing assigned tasks before the end of the shift.

Requirements

No experience required.

Training will be provided.

 

Minimum education level is not mandatory.

Ability to communicate basic English is an advantage.
