JOB SUMMARY

The Production & Packaging Worker is responsible for supporting daily factory operations involving water bottling, packaging, quality inspection, labeling, sorting, warehousing, and maintaining cleanliness within the production facility.

 

Successful candidates will work closely with supervisors, machine operators, quality control staff, warehouse personnel, and logistics teams to ensure smooth production flow and timely delivery of products.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Production & Packaging Worker will be expected to perform a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

Water Bottling Operations

Operate and monitor automated bottling equipment.

 

Load empty bottles into production lines.

Ensure bottles are properly positioned for filling.

Monitor filling processes to prevent overfilling or underfilling.

Report machine abnormalities to supervisors.

Assist machine operators during production runs.

Ensure production targets are achieved.

 

Packaging Operations

Pack finished bottled water products into cartons.

Arrange packaged products according to company standards.

 

Verify carton quantities before sealing.

Ensure packaging materials are used efficiently.

Conduct visual inspections for packaging defects.

Remove damaged cartons from production lines.

Assist with palletizing finished products.

 

Labeling and Sealing

Ensure labels are correctly attached.

Check label quality and readability.

Verify product information accuracy.

 

Inspect bottle caps and seals.

Ensure products comply with company standards.

Identify and report labeling errors.

Support packaging line efficiency.

 

Quality Control Support

Perform visual inspections.

Check bottle appearance and cleanliness.

Inspect product packaging quality.

Assist quality control personnel.

Separate defective products.

 

Record quality issues.

Follow quality assurance procedures.

Maintain product safety standards.

Warehouse Assistance

Move finished products to storage areas.

Assist with inventory organization.

 

Prepare products for shipment.

Production Line Support
