Position Summary

The Production Operator / Packer is responsible for supporting daily factory operations related to the production, inspection, packing, and handling of toothbrush products. The successful candidate will work as part of a team to ensure products are manufactured efficiently and meet company quality standards before shipment to customers.

 

This position involves operating simple production equipment, performing visual inspections, packing finished products, maintaining workplace cleanliness, and following company procedures and safety regulations.

 

No previous experience is required because full training will be provided. Candidates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

 

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will perform a variety of production and packing duties, including but not limited to the following:

Production Line Operations

Assist in the operation of toothbrush manufacturing equipment.

Monitor production processes to ensure smooth workflow.

 

Load raw materials into production machines when required.

Remove finished products from the production line.

Ensure products are produced according to company specifications.

Report any machine irregularities to supervisors immediately.

 

 

Follow production schedules and daily work targets.

Packing Duties

Pack finished toothbrush products according to company standards.

Arrange products neatly into cartons and packaging materials.

 

Label cartons accurately before shipment.

Verify product quantities before packing.

Seal cartons and prepare products for warehouse storage.

Ensure packaging quality meets company requirements.

 

Quality Inspection

Conduct visual inspections of finished products.

Check toothbrush handles, bristles, packaging, and labeling for defects.

Remove damaged or defective products from the production line.

 

Record quality control findings when required.

Follow quality assurance procedures and standards.

Support continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Material Handling

Move products and materials safely within the factory.

 

Organize production materials in designated storage areas.

Assist with inventory checks when necessary.

Maintain accurate counts of packed products.

 

Ensure production materials are properly stored.

Workplace Maintenance

Keep workstations clean and organized.

Follow factory hygiene requirements.

Dispose of waste materials according to company procedures.

 

Assist in maintaining a safe working environment.

Participate in workplace cleaning activities.

Team Collaboration

Daily Duties

A typical workday may include:
