POSITION SUMMARY

As a Production Operator / Packer, you will play an important role in the daily manufacturing process of toothbrush products.

 

Your responsibilities will include operating production machinery, monitoring manufacturing processes, conducting quality inspections, packaging finished goods, maintaining workplace cleanliness, and ensuring production targets are achieved.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities:

Production Operations

Operate toothbrush production machines according to company procedures.

Monitor manufacturing equipment during operation.

Ensure machinery is functioning correctly and efficiently.

Report machine malfunctions or abnormalities to supervisors immediately.

Assist technicians during machine setup and adjustments.

Ensure production output meets daily targets.

 

 

Packaging Duties

Pack finished toothbrush products according to company standards.

Verify product quantities before packaging.

Label packaged products accurately.

Prepare products for storage and shipment.

Ensure packaging materials are used correctly.

Maintain product appearance and packaging quality.

Quality Control

Conduct visual inspections of toothbrush products.

Check products for defects, damage, or inconsistencies.

 

Remove defective products from the production line.

Follow quality assurance procedures and standards.

Report quality issues to supervisors promptly.

Maintain accurate records of inspections when required.

Workplace Safety

Follow all workplace safety regulations and procedures.

 

 

Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) when required.

Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Report hazards, accidents, or unsafe conditions immediately.

Participate in workplace safety training programs.

Comply with company health and safety guidelines at all times.

 

 

Housekeeping and Hygiene

Maintain cleanliness in production and packaging areas.

Ensure workstations are clean and organized.

Dispose of waste materials properly.

Follow hygiene requirements within manufacturing facilities.

Assist with routine cleaning duties.

Team Support

Work closely with supervisors and team members.

Participate in daily production meetings when required.

REQUIREMENTS

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

Training will be provided for all new employees.

WORKING HOURS
