Job Details

Position Title: Candy & Chocolate Factory Worker

Location:

Senoko Industrial Area, Singapore

Employment Type:

Full-Time Permanent Position

5–6 Days Per Week

Working Hours:

8–12 Hours Per Shift (Depending on Department)

Salary Range:

SGD 2,300 – SGD 4,000 Per Month

Available Positions

Candy Packer

Responsible for packing finished candy products into cartons, boxes, and retail packaging. Workers ensure products are properly sealed, labeled, and prepared for shipment.

 

 

Production Operator

Operates production equipment and assists in manufacturing candy and chocolate products according to company quality standards.

Machine Operator

Handles automated machinery used in mixing, molding, wrapping, and packaging confectionery products. Performs routine inspections and reports equipment issues.

 

 

Warehouse Assistant

Responsible for receiving raw materials, organizing inventory, loading and unloading goods, and preparing products for distribution.

Quality Control Assistant

Assists in inspecting products throughout the production process to ensure compliance with company quality and food safety standards.

 

 

Factory Cleaner

Maintains cleanliness and sanitation within production areas, storage facilities, equipment zones, and employee workspaces.

General Worker

Provides support across multiple factory departments and assists with various operational tasks as assigned by supervisors.

 

 

Main Responsibilities

Employees may be assigned duties including but not limited to:

Packing candy and chocolate products.

Labeling finished products.

Operating production machinery.

Inspecting products for quality assurance.

Sorting and organizing inventory.

 

 

Loading and unloading raw materials.

Monitoring manufacturing processes.

Maintaining workplace cleanliness.

Following food safety regulations.

Supporting warehouse operations.

Preparing products for shipping.

Recording production data.

Assisting supervisors and team leaders.

Following workplace safety procedures.

Meeting daily production targets.

 

 

Reporting equipment malfunctions.

Working collaboratively with team members.
