Position Summary

The Cleanroom Production Operator is responsible for performing manufacturing and assembly activities in a controlled cleanroom environment. The successful candidate will ensure products are assembled, inspected, tested, and packaged according to strict quality standards and operating procedures.

Operators play a vital role in maintaining product quality and supporting production targets while adhering to all safety and cleanliness requirements.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

Perform production and assembly operations according to work instructions and standard operating procedures.

Operate manufacturing equipment, machinery, and production tools safely and efficiently.

Assemble components accurately while maintaining quality standards.

 

 

Conduct visual inspections of products to identify defects and ensure compliance with specifications.

Monitor production processes and report abnormalities to supervisors.

Handle materials, components, and finished products carefully to prevent damage or contamination.

Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cleanroom environment.

 

 

Record production data accurately and complete required documentation.

Follow all cleanroom protocols, including proper gowning procedures.

Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparation of products for shipment.

 

 

Support inventory management and stock control activities when required.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals.

 

Attend training sessions and safety briefings as scheduled.

Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company policies.

Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks within designated work areas.

 

 

Assist in troubleshooting minor production issues under supervisor guidance.

Follow quality assurance procedures and contribute to maintaining high manufacturing standards.

Cleanroom Environment

Employees will work in a highly controlled cleanroom environment designed to minimize contamination. Cleanroom facilities are commonly used in industries where product quality and precision are critical.

 

 

Operators will be required to wear appropriate cleanroom attire, including:

Cleanroom suit

Face mask

Hair cover

Gloves

Safety footwear

Protective eyewear when necessary

The work environment is air-conditioned, clean, organized, and designed to ensure employee comfort while maintaining product integrity.

 

 

Candidate Requirements

Minimum secondary school education or equivalent qualification preferred.

Ability to read and understand basic English instructions.

 

Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment.

Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods.

Salary and Compensation
