As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling, testing, inspecting, and maintaining high-quality electrical and mechanical products according to company standards. You will work closely with supervisors, engineers, and quality assurance personnel to ensure every product meets customer specifications before shipment.

Day Shift 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Afternoon Shift 4:00 PM – 1:30 AM

Shift allowance is provided for eligible afternoon shift employees.

Company transportation is available for employees working the afternoon shift.

 

Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will perform a wide range of production and assembly duties including but not limited to:

Assemble electrical and mechanical components according to engineering drawings.

Perform precision assembly using hand tools and power tools.

Install cables, connectors, switches, terminals, brackets, and hardware.

Follow production procedures and standard operating instructions.

 

 

Read and understand assembly diagrams and wiring schematics.

Conduct functional testing of completed products.

Inspect assembled products for defects and quality compliance.

Troubleshoot assembly issues and report abnormalities.

 

 

Replace defective components when necessary.

Ensure all products meet quality standards before packaging.

Complete production documentation accurately.

Record inspection and testing results.

Maintain accurate work records in the company system.

 

Operate production equipment safely.

Keep workstations clean and organized.

Follow workplace safety regulations at all times.

Wear required personal protective equipment.

Support continuous improvement initiatives.

Meet daily production targets.

Work closely with production supervisors and team members.

 

 

Participate in training sessions provided by the company.

Assist in inventory counting when required.

Report equipment malfunctions immediately.

Maintain good housekeeping throughout the production area.

 

 

Follow ISO quality management procedures.

Ensure compliance with company policies.

Perform any additional duties assigned by management.

Candidate Requirements

Applicants should possess the following qualifications:

 

Basic knowledge of electrical or mechanical assembly.

Secondary school education or equivalent qualification.

Technical education is an advantage.

Previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not mandatory.
