AVAILABLE POSITIONS
Housekeeping Staff
Housekeeping personnel are responsible for ensuring that guest rooms, public areas, and hotel facilities remain clean, organized, and comfortable at all times.
Reception / Front Office Staff
Front Office personnel serve as the first point of contact for guests and play a key role in creating positive first impressions.
Food & Beverage Service Staff (Waiter / Waitress)
Food and Beverage team members provide excellent customer service in restaurants, cafes, banquet halls, and other dining facilities within the hotel.
Bellboy / Concierge Staff
Bellboy and Concierge personnel assist guests with luggage handling, transportation arrangements, and information regarding hotel services and local attractions.
Kitchen Helper
Kitchen Helpers support chefs and kitchen operations by preparing ingredients, cleaning workstations, and maintaining food safety standards.
General Helper
General Helpers assist various departments with operational tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of hotel services.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Applicants should meet the following qualifications:
Minimum age: 18 years old
Maximum age: 55 years old
Physically fit and capable of performing assigned duties
Mentally prepared to work in a fast-paced environment
Willing to work rotating shifts
Able to work on weekends and public holidays when required
Possess basic communication skills in English
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Responsible and reliable work ethic
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Able to cooperate effectively within a team environment
Good interpersonal and customer service skills
Experience in hospitality is an advantage but not mandatory
Training will be provided for suitable candidates
HOUSEKEEPING RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms
Replace linens, towels, and room amenities
Clean hotel corridors and public areas
Report maintenance issues when identified
Ensure compliance with hotel cleanliness standards
Handle guest requests promptly and professionally
Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies
Follow safety and hygiene procedures at all times
RECEPTION / FRONT OFFICE RESPONSIBILITIES
Welcome guests upon arrival
Perform check-in and check-out procedures
Handle reservations and booking inquiries
Answer telephone calls and email inquiries
Provide information about hotel services
Resolve guest concerns professionally
Maintain accurate guest records
Coordinate with other hotel departments
Process payments and issue receipts
Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay
FOOD & BEVERAGE RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide excellent customer service
Take food and beverage orders accurately
Serve meals and drinks professionally
Prepare dining areas before service
Maintain cleanliness of restaurant facilities
Assist guests with menu selections
Handle customer inquiries courteously
Follow food safety regulations
Support banquet and event operations
Work closely with kitchen staff
BELLBOY / CONCIERGE RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist guests with luggage transportation
Escort guests to their rooms
Provide information regarding hotel facilities
Arrange transportation services
Assist with guest requests and inquiries
Support front office operations
Maintain professional appearance and conduct
Deliver messages and packages when required
Provide recommendations for local attractions
Ensure guest comfort and satisfaction
KITCHEN HELPER RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare ingredients according to instructions
Wash and sanitize kitchen equipment
Maintain kitchen cleanliness
Assist chefs with food preparation tasks
Store food items properly
Dispose of waste according to regulations
Follow food hygiene standards
Support kitchen operations during peak periods
Maintain inventory records when required
Ensure safe handling of kitchen tools
GENERAL HELPER RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist various hotel departments
