JOB VACANCY — MILK FACTORY SINGAPORE (FMCG)

SGD 2,300 – 3,800 per month (depending on position, experience, and shift allocation)

AVAILABLE POSITIONS

We are hiring for multiple roles within the factory. Applicants may be assigned based on their qualifications, experience, and operational needs.

Production Operator

Responsible for operating machinery, monitoring production lines, ensuring product quality, and maintaining equipment performance. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to follow strict procedures.

Packing Staff

Handles packaging of finished milk products, labeling, sealing, and preparing items for distribution. Candidates must be careful, efficient, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Warehouse Assistant

Manages inventory, loading and unloading goods, organizing storage areas, and assisting with stock checks. Physical fitness is important for this role.

Admin & Data Entry

Supports office operations by handling documentation, updating records, managing inventory data, and coordinating with different departments.

Logistics Assistant

Assists in coordinating deliveries, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely distribution of products. Requires good communication and basic organizational skills.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds who are willing to work and learn. The following are the general requirements:

Male or Female, aged between 18 and 45 years

Minimum education: High School, Vocational School, or Diploma

Fresh graduates and candidates without experience are encouraged to apply (training will be provided)

Prior experience in factory, warehouse, or FMCG industry is an advantage but not mandatory

Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks when required

Willing to work in shifts, including night shifts if assigned

Able to follow instructions, safety procedures, and company policies

Responsible, disciplined, and able to work both independently and in a team

Basic understanding of English is preferred for communication and safety compliance

JOB DETAILS

Employment Type: Full-Time or Contract (depending on position)

Working Days: 5 days per week (Monday to Friday)

Non-shift (for selected administrative roles)

Overtime may be available depending on operational needs

Work environment includes production floor, cold storage areas, and warehouse facilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

While responsibilities may vary depending on the assigned role, general duties include:

Operating and monitoring production equipment safely and efficiently

Ensuring all products meet company quality standards

Packing, labeling, and preparing goods for distribution

Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the workplace

Handling raw materials and finished products with care

Reporting any equipment faults or safety issues immediately

Assisting supervisors and team leaders with daily tasks

Following all safety and health regulations strictly

Supporting team members to achieve daily production targets

Maintaining accurate records where required
