WORK SCHEDULE

JOB OVERVIEW

As a Toothbrush Manufacturing Factory Worker, you will be responsible for supporting the production line, ensuring product quality, and maintaining efficiency in daily operations. The role involves simple, repetitive tasks that require attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to follow instructions accurately.

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, suitable for individuals who are physically fit and comfortable working on their feet for extended periods.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Your primary duties will include, but are not limited to:

Packing finished toothbrush products efficiently and accurately according to company standards. This includes placing products into packaging materials, sealing, labeling, and preparing them for shipment.

Inspecting products to ensure they meet quality control standards. You will check for defects, inconsistencies, or damage and report any issues to supervisors.

Performing simple and repetitive production tasks such as assembling components, operating basic machinery, or organizing production materials.

Following all standard operating procedures and work instructions provided by supervisors and team leaders. Accuracy and consistency are essential.

Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the work area to ensure a safe and efficient production environment.

Assisting with loading and unloading materials when required.

Working closely with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.

Adhering to all safety regulations and company policies at all times.

Reporting any equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or production issues promptly.

This role requires attention to detail and the ability to maintain focus during repetitive tasks. Training will be provided to ensure all employees understand their responsibilities and perform their duties correctly.

REQUIREMENTS

To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

No formal education is required. Candidates from all educational backgrounds are welcome to apply.

No prior work experience is necessary. Full training will be provided for all new employees.

Must be under 60 years old.

Physically fit and capable of performing manual work, including standing for long periods and handling light materials.

Able to follow instructions carefully and work efficiently within a team environment.

Reliable, punctual, and committed to completing assigned tasks.

Willing to work either day or night shifts based on company requirements.

Basic understanding of workplace safety and hygiene practices is an advantage but not mandatory.

TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT

All new employees will undergo structured training upon joining the company. This training includes:

SALARY AND COMPENSATION

Monthly Salary: SGD 3,000

In addition to the base salary, employees are entitled to the following allowances and benefits:

Monthly allowance: SGD 300

Additional allowance: SGD 250
